OCR: SPRAY CAN BZZZ PRAY CANS CONVERT their liquid NOZZLE contents into an aerosol, or fine mist. They do this by using a liquid, called a CHANNEL propellant, which is a gas at atmospheric pressure, but which changes to a liquid when forced under high pressure LIQUID into a can. Inside the can, some of the liquid propellant evaporates to form a layer of gas. When you press SPRING the nozzle, the gas pressure forces the liquid product up the tube and out of the nozzle in a spray. PROPELLANT VAPOR LIQUID PROPELLANT PLUS PRODUCT TUBE CURVED SEE ALSO BASE
